Eligibility Requirements to Study Abroad

Each program has specific requirements in addition to the CSUB requirements. Be sure to talk with a study abroad advisor to ensure you qualify for the program you're interested in. Alternative options or waivers might be available to you.

CSUB's requirements to study abroad are as follows:

Sophomore standing
Minimum CSUB GPA of 2.5
Transfer students must have completed at least one semester at CSUB by the application deadline for that term
